Why doesn’t Yahoo just give up?

cooters phootenotes

One of the things we’ll be following in the morning will be the decredation of free email. About the only one keeping pace is Google’s Gmail. First this week Microcraps Hotmail wouldn’t work right, and tonight it’s a problem with Yahoo’s email. There ought to be a difference between email accounts especially free ones. One for clubs and business and one for public consumers. The exchange of on time information is crucial to performing and conducting business. Those of us who need that flow to be instant and often, need that critter to work, and work now. Maybe it’s a glitch, as the damn thing on Yahoo worked once, but then could not load. My computer? No, checked out by our tech, Yahoo? Most definitely. Yahoo, since it was purchased by ABC Disney, has went into the toilet. Of course ABC/DISNEY hasn’t done very well either, taking hits for inspiring such youth idiots like Miley Cirus and that Bieber kid, but also loosing audience due to pulling several of their core shows, and trying to replace them with updated series, like Girl Meets World, which is a redoux of Boy meets World.

But if Yahoo, can’t do any better than they are, I know of a organization that has the cash stash and would readily buy Yahoo. Who is that organization? Of course, The Knytes-of-Anarchy. What would we do different? Replace a bunch of the free services that were once the reason many took on Yahoo years ago.

Like free Classifieds even for firms placing help wanted ads. Free online chats, and so on, and yes making Email work, take away a bunch of the HTML, and have a basic email, like it was to begin with.

See Ya’ll on the radio.

Psalm 19:1-2“[Psalm 19] For the director of music. A psalm of David. The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they reveal knowledge.”
